"Very impressed with JT and his communication skills and going the extra mile. He spent an afternoon here by himself with his tractor rig to help smooth out the road that was so badly impaired. I know this was difficult, but your personnel was tremendous. A solid thumbs up to all involved, especially Juan and JT!"
